Finale

Oh man, fire works were crazy. In fact most of the day was kinda crazy lol...and the night before...and the day before that lol. I guess you could say I had a busy week. You could also say I'm exhuasted. but don't, cuz I might bite ur head off, I'm a little crotchety right now. (haha I said crotch!) severe lack of sleep will do that to you.

Well wed-nes-day topher floyd and james stayed over. It was pretty much a halo bonanza. We stayed up playing that until like 6:30 in the morning lol. Oh god those guys suck lol. But thier pure inablility made the game so much better. For example: I fought so hard to get the flag all the way to the base. I died a whole two steps from the base. James is two step from the flag, and four from th base. it takes him five seconds to turn and walk to the flag. another five to pick it up and another 2 to die and throw the flag off the cliff lol.

We finally got some sleep, but I had to be up early to clean the entire friggin house. I pretty much worked non-stop untill 4pm (i woke up at 10 am) I didnt eat anything until then either, and I was running on like 4 hours of sleep. If I was either really not talkitave or kinda an asshole, thats y :D, so sry heh. But none of those things could ruin the good time luckily.

Things started a little slow, we were just hangen out, talking, admiring the dog, some people were absorbed by halo still (i had certainly had my fill the night before lol). then we tried to go outside and play some frisbee, admired the duck, and promptly decided to go back in lol. Inside Nick and shannon attemtped thier best at halo. Twas a sight to behold lol. Then someone had the good idea to go to the plaza (and I'm not being sarcastic lol) we all walked up thier but realized hat we could niether buy, rent, nor do anything there so we just kinda walked back lol. Me and Dane took a little detour through some unfinished houses and came back bearing gifts ;). Chris and Tom showed up soon after we got back and treadwell soon after that.

OH YAH, I didn't mention who was already thier: Jene, Shannon, Carly, Nick, Floyd, Ryan, Dane, and meself. Well we ate after everone had shown up, and then we layed out the goods for display. omg...it was like the first day I saw them...the same awe and utter astoundedness. they seemed to have a similar affect on everybody heh. While we were waiting for it to get dark we all just messed around with lighters and hoses.

When the time came we needed to be prepared. We had a small window after it got dark becuase These fireworks were supremly illegal. Everything needed to be lit off quickly before someone complained or better yet called the cops :D. So everyone got a box filled with one mortor and several mortor rounds. everyone EXCEPT shannon and carly. Carly had to go home early, and shannon was chief photograhper ;). Well evryone set up on the cement and lit one practice round. Everything was running smoothly...untill we got to Jene's turn...forensic analysis has determined that the wick was not prperly fastened to a little string loop on the op of the mortor, thus making the mortor dangle upsidedown when help by the wick. This made it appear as if it should normally go into the mortor that way...What made this so incredibly funny was three things A) no one got hurt B) everyone looked up lol C) All night Jene had said that somthing was going to happen, that hers would be defective...and it was! Oh god, It blew up the motore and flung sparks and steamers of fire all over lol. Chief photographer shannon actually cuaght it on film! If I could figure out how to put it on here I would, but sadly I dont :(. Well the rest of the fireworks were amazing, so amazing in fact, we had drawn a crowd lol.

Well we made a little fire pit after expending all the explosives. We were just talking and playing frisbee by firelight when jene and nick's mom showed up to steal away both them and shannon. Treads had to hit the road soon after as well. The rest of the guys decided to stay over. We pretty much just chilled out all night, nuthing extrodinairy (which was good cuz I was already sooo firggin tired lol).

Well there you have it, sry for the obscenly long entry, but it all had to be said. Just thank allah I didn't go into detail...
